Statement of Significance (as of June 3, 1997):
The Burger King on 10th Ave. in Tuscaloosa was the old workplace of Terry Alderidge, a BBS user during late 1995 through the summer of 1996. I met with Terry during one visit while she was at work, and her energetic and excited mood when she saw me started to make me think about the relationship between Terry and I. Could it have been possible for us to think of each other as more than friends, despite how far apart we lived? On April 28, 1996, after I visited Terry again and gave her a lift to work, any doubts of that question were seemingly erased when we shared a goodbye kiss in Burger King's parking lot. There was no doubt in my mind that I did indeed love Terry.
