Statement of Significance (as of August 3, 1997):
While living in a dorm in Lafayette, I did most of my grocery shopping at the Albertson's on Johnston St., since Albertson's was the store where my family did their shopping back in Slidell. One of the most memorable purchases from the store was on April 17, 1994, when I bought a Fuji one-time camera after there were a couple small fires in the dorm the night before. Taking pictures of the damage in the dorm became the start of my love for photography.
